Note: Certain products are not returnable, such as personal care and cosmetic products, along with most laboratory chemicals.

Our returns period is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange, and a restocking fee may be applied if a return is accepted after the 30-day period.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. All returns are inspected upon receipt.

We do not accept returns on certain personal or cosmetic products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, and on certain other products. Any product that carries a restricted returns policy will be identified as such on its detail page.

To complete a return, first insure the product is returnable and that it is in its original condition, unless you believe the product was shipped to you incomplete or in defective condition. Next, open a ticket and select Return as the subject. Once your return has been approved, a Return Authorization will be assigned for you to use, along with return instructions, including the return address. Note: A Return Authorization is required for returns. Returns received without the required Return Authorization will be refused delivery and returned to you by the carrier.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, open a ticket and request an even exchange.

Shipping costs generally are non-refundable, and you may be responsible for shipping costs when returning an item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

When returning an item, we recommend tracking and insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive any given shipment, so we strongly advise that you protect yourself with tracking and insurance.
